Its text has been agreed by the House. Te principles and rules the Green Book contains, together with the Practice Notesagreed by the Committee on Members’Allowances, should guide Members in all theclaims which they make. Te Department o Resources has the task o administering therules, o ensuring compliance with them ando giving help and advice to Members. I urgeMembers to make use o that advice in any case o doubt or diculty.
