JJK Ticket Purchase Process
1. On the Journey Planner enter the followingdetails and then press Search to findavailable options:• From - Departure Stop• To - Destination Stop• Time - Time of journey• Date - Date of journey2. Select an available Option that suits your journey this will display the followinginformation:• Route - Name of the Route• Departs - The departure stop anddeparture time for this journey*• Arrives - The arrival stop and arrivaltime for this journey*• Cost - The cost of a ticket for this journey* The departure and destination stops maybe different what you selected whenselecting an option. You can see if the optionis and exact match or if nearby stops are usedas each option will display either “Perfect Match” or “Nearby Stop”3. Select a ticket type* from the followingticket types and click “Buy Ticket” Exampleof ticket types available include:• Adult Single• Adult Open Return• Student Single• Student Open Return
 
4. Your shopping basket summary will bedisplayed showing all the tickets you haveselected. Click on “Buy Now” to beredirected to PayPal to purchase theticket. This will open a new window forPayPal.5. Click the “Continue” link to use a creditcard without using a PayPal account,alternatively login to PayPal to completethe transaction.6. PayPal will send an email with a receipt of the transaction.7. Ticket reference details will be sent in an email once PayPal have sent us notification ofthe transaction, to the same address used on PayPal. This notification can take up to 30minutes.
