TRADING STATEMENT HALF-YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 201 3

The Listings Requirements of the Botswana Stock Exchange (BSE) require ABC Holdings Limited (ABCH) to announce, through the BSE and the press, any circumstances or events that have, or are likely to have, a material bearing related to the financial results of the Group for a period to be next reported. The shareholders of ABCH are advised that notwithstanding a huge impairment in respect of the contingent liability that was disclosed in the 2012 annual report, the Group expects to release results for the period ended 30 June 2013 on or about 13August 2013, which will be significantly higher than what was reported for the period ended 30 June 2012. Accordingly shareholders are advised to exercise caution when trading in the Companys securities. The Companys independent auditors have reviewed this trading update.
