The next court date in the case is Friday 08.09.2013 at 9AM in the MontgomeryCounty Courthouse with the presiding Judge S Geraldo Corso Dr Steve Guekjianwill hold a press conference after the hearing to discuss the most up to date informationregarding the García Family Case, a case that has brought national awareness in regard of their daughter. The "crime" Mr. and Mrs. Hamlet García were charged with was letting theirfive year-old daughter, already eight months into the school year at the school she hadbeen attending, remain there and finish her academic year after they moved to a differentarea, which was outside of the school's zip code. If convicted, the García's could face up toseven years in prison for the "theft of educational services." These two loving parents areon the brink of possibly having their lives turned upside down and ruined, simply for notwanting to interrupt their daughter's education.
