The Joe Andruzzi Foundation is lead-ing the fight to tackle cancer by fund-ing cancer research; assisting cancerinstitutes in achieving the highest levelof patient care possible and by providing financial assistance tocancer patients and their caregivershelping to ease the burden treatmentplaces on their lives.

:
 Joe and Jen Andruzzi have supported cancer-related causes since Joe’stime spent with the New England Patriots (from 2000-2004)when a young man with an inoperable brain tumor namedCJ Buckley came into their lives and captured their hearts. CJ and hisfamily became extended family members to the Andruzzis and hispassing left a hole in their hearts and a resolve to fight cancer andsupport cancer research. Joe and Jen successfully launched the CJBuckley Brain Cancer Research Fund at Children's Hospital Bostonin 2003, never knowing that in 2007 they would wage their own battleagainst cancer following Joe’s diagnosis with Burkitt’s lymphoma.
"Joe has won his fourth Super Bowl ring and the most important in our minds," said Jen Andruzzi. "We've fought the worst fight of our lives andJoe now is cancer free." "The Joe Andruzzi Foundation is committed to helping others fight the toughest fight of their lives," said Joe Andruzzi. "Weare grateful for the care I received and want to help others."
