ERBIE ARRIVED HOME AT AROUND 830PM FROM "SCHOOL". I AlCSED HIM WHAT WAS WRONG WITH
HIS PHONE AND HE SAID "WHAT DO YOU THINK?" I ASKED IF HE HAD HIRED AN ATTORNEY HE SAID
"DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT: I TOLD HIM I SPOKE WITH MY ATTORNEY ANO WE COULD COME TO AN
AGREEMENT ABOUT A MOVE DATE PRIOR TO THE HEARING DATE. HE SAID "HE WAS NOT MAKING A
DEAL TO BE OUT BEFORE THAT DATE AND THAT THE ONlYTHING HE WAS GOING TO DO IS GIVE ME MY
RING BACK." I SAID 'OH WELl, I GUESS WE WILL BE IN COURT". THEN HE SAID "IJUSTWANTTOTAKE
All HIS STUFF, HIS CAR, AND HIS VA BENEFITS AND GET MONEY AND IF I WANT HIM TO lEAVE BEFORE
THE COURT DATE I P,Al' FOR IT." HE SAID, "I DON'T HAVE NOTHING TO lOSE AND IF YOU TAKE
ANYTHING FROM ME TO SEE WHAT HAPPENS." I SAID, "WHAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN?" AT
THE TIME HE WAS ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE BED AND I WAS IN THE BATHROOM GmlNG READY
FOR A SHOWER (IN MY ROBE, BRA, AND PANTIES). HE CAME AROUND THE BED REAllY FAST AND
ENTERED THE BATHROOM AND HE WALKED UP TO ME ANO PUSHED ME WITH HIS STOMACH THEN HE
PUT HIS FINGER IN MY FACE AND SAID "I WILL BURY YOU". HE WALKED OUT OF THE BATHROOM BAO(
TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE BED. I WALKED OUT OF THe BATHROOM AND PICKED UP THE PHONE TO
CALL 911. HE REACHED INTO THE NIGHTSTAND PULI.ED OUT A KNIFE AND FUPPED IT OPEN, HE SAID
"CALL THE POLICE ANO I Will EXECUTE YOUR KIDS". I STOOD THERE PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON THE
BED AND HE KEPT TALKING. HE SAID "CALL THE POLICE AND I AM GOING TO EXECUTE WHOEVER IS UP
THERE". I ASKED HIM IF HE WAS GOING TO Kill ME AND HE SAID "NO 1M GOING TO CUT YOUR ASS UP
BUT I AM GOING TO EXECUTE THE KIDS". HE WALKED BACK AND PUT THE KNIFE IN THE DRAWER. HE
SAID, "I AM GOING TO TAKE FROM YOU SINCE YOU WANT TO TAKE All MY STUFF: I WAS STANDING
BY THE NIGHTSTAND WITH MY PURSE ON IT. I GRABBED MY KEYS OUT OF MY PURSE. HE WALKED OUT
OF THE BEDROOM so I PICKED UP THE PHONE AND WALKED BEHIND HIM TOWARD THE FAMILY ROOM
AND WHEN HE TURNED AROUND I RAN PAST HIM AND CALLeD OUT TO THE BOYS UPSTAIRS. I TOLD
THEM TO GET THEIR COATS AND SHOES WE ARE LEAVING. HE SAT DOWN ON THE STAIRS. I DIALED 911
HE STOOD UP NEXT TO WAll AND KEPT TALKING WHILE I WAS TELLING THE OPERATOR WHAT WAS
GOING ON HE KEPT SAYING "SHE IS LYING. THArs A LIE". WHEN THE BOYS CAME TO THE STAIRS HE SAT
BACK DOWN AND THEY SAT DOWN AT TOP OF STAIRS BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT GET PAST HIM. All
OF A SUDDEN HE JUMPED UP AND RAN TO THE MASTEABEDROOM AND I TOLD THE BOYS TO COM E
FAST LETS GO AND WE RAN OUT THE FRONT DOOR AND THE POLICE WERE OUT SIDE. SOON AS I MADE
IT TO THE WAI.1.WAY I HEARD THE DOOR OPENING BEHIND ME AND ME AND THE BOYS RAN TO THE
SIDE WALK JUST SOUTH OF THE HOUSE.
