I have been accepted or expect to be accepted into an accredited post-secondary school orprogram.

I was in public or private foster care for a minimum of 12 consecutive months at the time of my 18

birthday;
OR
I was adopted or placed into legal guardianship AFTER age 16;
OR
I am an unadoptedorphan.

I am not currently a Casey Family Programs CEJT participant.
This application must be postmarked by TUESDAY, APRIL 15, 2008.
