On behalf of the Security Council Committee pursuant to resolutions 751(1992) and 1907 (2009) concerning Somalia and Eritrea, and in accordance with paragraph 13 (m) of Security Council resolution 2060 (2012), I have the honour totransmit herewith the report on Eritrea of the Monitoring Group on Somalia andEritrea.The attached report was presented to the Committee on 19 June 2013 and wassubsequently considered by the Committee in informal consultations on 12 July2013. The Committee intends to continue its consideration of the findings andrecommendations contained in the report in view of the questions raised in thecourse of previous discussions.The Committee would appreciate it if the present letter, together with itsenclosure, could be brought to the attention of the members of the Security Counciland issued as a document of the Council.(
