this worked for me, cept that i only wanted to upgrade to 2.0, it works if your in restore mode!! so tnx for showing me how to get into restore mode... the links to DL 2.0 for itouch are here : http://rapidshare.com/files/128926721... http://rapidshare.com/files/128929210... for those who dont think its right that they should chage for a update!! which comes free for the iphone, but im still waiting on jailbreak for it. PS. at your own risk, and make sure to backup your itouch, to get back setting, put the 2.0 update in "ipod software updates" its in the library. then do a restore with your backup and your all set!!
