Sinus Irrigation - My Story
You might be interested in two stories that I have to relate about sinus irrigation. One is my story,the other is a coworkers.Sinus problems, which can include allergies, chronic sinus infections or just a bad head cold can be very, very tough you.My trouble was not as severe as a sinus infection. I wasn't able to sleep because my air passageswere really clogged up.I had the feeling that I could not breath and consequently began breathing through my mouth.The inability to breathe through my nose was really making me uncomfortable. To continue to breathe through my mouth didn't seem like much fun either.In the midst of not knowing what could be done, I suddenly recalled that there was somethingcalled a Hydro Pulse sitting in my closet. I pulled it out of the closet and started to read thedirections.Having been tucked away in a closet for a while, I washed it with warm soapy water. Then Ifollowed the literature that came with it. I tried it several times over a couple of hours. I could breathe better!Over a the span of a few days, I used it as many times. However, my cold symptoms had begin tosubside. I was very happy that I could sleep at night again. Next, I want to tell you the story of a coworker of mine. I will call her Jane, even though that isnot her real name.My poor friend was not looking her best. She had dark circles under her eyes and she wasobviously feeling terrific. I felt sad when I realized just how miserable she was feeling.One day when we were not as busy as normal, she opened up a little bit about her problem. Itseems that a chronic sinus condition complicated by allergies was the root of her misery.It was sad to hear of her constant suffering.Jane listened as I told her about the Hydro Pulse and the concept of sinus irrigation. Sheresearched it a bit and decided to try it.After receiving it, it took about five days before she was looking much better. Jane was vibrant,energetic and seemed to be much happier.Sinus irrigation isn't really a new concept. People used to use the neti pot and many still dotoday.
