groups of people involving gender, race, national origin and other factors. Meaning of prejudice is an unfavourable opinion or feeling formed with out knowledge, inferior, or reason.

 For a business, employing a diverse workforce enables it to use a

wide range of talents & skills.

 Not unlawful like a coach who shows favouritism towards his or

her child over other players. Racial discrimination- A Chinese player is overlooked for a team selections due to his race. Age discrimination- Not hiring a senior citizen for a job that he or she is very qualified.
