OFFICIAL RULESNO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA(EXCLUDING PUERTO RICO, THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS, AND OTHER U.S. COMMONWEALTHS,TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS), 18 YEARS OR OLDER (OR THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEENTRANTS STATE OF DOMICILE, IF OLDER THAN 18 YEARS).

1. HOW TO ENTER: The BET.com Coke My Formula (the Contest) begins at 6:00 p.m.

 ET June 1, 2009 and ends at 6:00 p.m. ET August 31, 2009. You may enter theContest between 6:00 p.m. ET on June 1, 2009 and 6:00 p.m. ET on August 9,2009(???) (the Entry Period) by performing the following steps:

Step 1: To enter the contest via BET.com, log on to www.BET.com/contests, andenter the registration information. Click on Enter Contest and fill out and

 submit the entry form.Step 2: Upload a video clip (Submission or Entry) that exhibits your formula

 for success using your artistic talents. Specifically, the video should contain

 some live performance activity or talent that may include dancing, poetry, spokenword delivery, singing, and/ or rapping.The Submission must comply with the following standards:a) Submission video must be no more than 90 seconds (00:00:90) in length;b) Submission video must include only the image of the entrant and not anyoneelse;c) Submission lyrics must be 100 percent original and not infringe upon anycopyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property (i.e., you may NOT usecopyrighted recorded music or sing copyrighted songs);d) Submission material must be radio-friendly and contain absolutely NO obscene,

 profane or other objectionable words; sexually explicit or derogatory lyrics,images or gestures; or objectionable content of any form; ande) The Submission must not mock, ridicule or disparage the Contest, Sponsor (asdefined below in Section 9 of these Official Rules), the Promotional entities(as defined herein) or their products or services, or any ethnic, religious ornational group, gender, or sexual orientation.The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualifyany video upload whose submission, in its sole judgment, violates these standards.Entries are deemed void if forged or if obtained/submitted outside authorizedchannels.
 
Upon proper submission of the video, you become an Entrant in the Contest. Referto Section 3 (Conditions of Entry) of these Official Rules for additionalrestrictions and terms governing the submission of an Entry. All Entries must bereceived between 6:00 p.m. ET on June 1, 2009 and 6:00 p.m. ET on August 9, 2009(???).By entering, entrants consent to the receipt of promotional e-mail materials fromSponsors, unless entrants indicate they choose not to receive such materials.[Comment: We need to make sure we have an opt-out established]. Sponsors (asdefined herein) assume no responsibility for any computer, telephone, cable,network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions,failures, connections, availability, or garbled or jumbled transmissions, orservice provider/Internet/Web site/use net accessibility or availability, trafficcongestion, or unauthorized human intervention. Sponsors reserve the right tomodify, suspend or terminate the Contest by giving such notice, in any form andmanner deemed appropriate by Sponsors. Should the Contest be modified, suspendedor terminated as aforesaid, the prize will nevertheless be awarded from alleligible entries received prior to (or after, if applicable) and in accordancewith these Official Rules. 2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: This Contest is open only to legal residents of theUnited States (excluding Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and otherU.S. commonwealths, territories and possessions) 18 YEARS OR OLDER (or if the ageof majority in the Entrants state of domicile is older than 18 years, at least

 that age) as of June 1, 2009. Employees and their immediate families (spouses,parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and household membersof employees of Black Entertainment Television LLC, BET Interactive, LLC, TheCoca-Cola Company, their advertising and promotion agencies and their respectiveparents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, (all of the foregoing collectivelyreferred to as Promotion Entities) are not eligible to enter. This Contest is

 subject to all federal, state and local laws. By entering this Contest, eachEntrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Promotion Entities, and theirrespective employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives from anyinjury, loss, death, damage, action, claim, demand or other liability that mayoccur from Entrants participation in this Contest or from the acceptance or use

 of any prize awarded, or attendance at any event. The Sponsors reserve the rightto verify eligibility qualifications of any winner and to change the OfficialRules at any time. U.S. law governs this Contest. By entering, Entrants agree tobe bound by these Official Rules.3. Sponsor is not responsible or liable for lost, stolen,mutilated, incomplete, incorrect, delayed, late, interrupted, illegible ormisdirected Entries.Entries submitted in connection with this Contest must not contain any copyrightedworks. Any elements appearing in your Entry, including withoutlimitation music, audio, speech/voiceovers, stills, video or other audiovisualmaterials (collectively, Elements) used must be entirely original, created and

 performed by you or be fully in the public domain. Use of any Element or othermaterial that is not original, not fully in the public domain may result indisqualification of Entry, in Sponsors sole discretion.

In addition, by uploading or creating an Entry in this Contest, each Entrant: (i)WARRANTS AND REPRESENTS THAT THE ENTRANT IS THE INDIVIDUALPICTURED AND HEARD IN THE ENTRY; (ii) WARRANTS AND REPRESENTS THATHIS/HER ENTRY, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ANY AUTHORIZED ASSETS CONTAINED THEREIN: (a)IS ORIGINAL TO THE ENTRANT, HAS BEEN LEGALLY OBTAINED AND CREATED, AND THAT THEENTRANT OWNS ALL RIGHTS TO THE ENTRY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE VIDEO ORDIGITALRECORDING, AND THE PERFORMANCE CONTAINED IN ANY OF THE ABOVE; (b) DOES NOTINFRINGE THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, PRIVACY OR PUBLICITY RIGHTS OR ANY OTHER LEGALOR MORAL RIGHTS OF ANY THIRD PARTY, OR VIOLATE APPLICABLE LAWS, REGULATIONS, ORNETWORK STANDARDS; (c) HAS NOT BEEN ENTERED IN OR WON PREVIOUS CONTESTS OR AWARDS;AND (d) HAS NOT BEEN PUBLISHED PREVIOUSLY, AND WILL NOT BE PUBLISHED OR UPLOADED,TO ANY OTHER MEDIUM, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY ONLINE VIDEO SERVICE;(iii) irrevocably grants to Promotion Entities and their parents, subsidiaries,affiliates, legal representatives, assigns, agents and licensees, the exclusiveunconditional and perpetual right and permission to copyright (asappropriate), reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast,display, publicly perform, adapt, exhibit and/or otherwise use or reuse (withoutlimitation as to when or to the number of times used) the Entry in whole or inpart, including, but not limited to, the audio and/or video recording andperformances contained in any of the above items (in each case, as submitted or asedited/modified in any way by the Promotion Entities, in the Promotion Entities
