Three Crime Stories

The first story is Off Season and takes place in a placid little Caribbean island where nothing much ever happens until a stranger comes to town.

The second story is Road Shrines. We’ve all seen them, the impromptu collections of flowers and pictures, and candles marking the places were innocents were killed by animals who walk like men. This story pays them a little more attention.

The last story is Right As Rain. In it a detective tries to deal with a murder that he just can’t let go of.
