Here the CDC clearly admits that vaccination can cause a "neurologic infection (e.g., meningitis, encephalitis, or acute flaccid paralysis)" (CDC, 2012). In their post they make is sound like this occurrence may only happen in Japan which is ridiculous!
This Japanese encephalitis (JE) connection stems from the country banning the MMR vaccination after an analysis of vaccine adverse events proved 1:900 children were experiencing problems. They selected 125 children and studied their CSF which confirmed cases that the vaccine was present in the children's nervous system.
This further substantiates the claims and research by Bradstreet at al who came upon the same finding as the Japan scientist but in their research they studied children who had autistic encephalopathic regression (AE) (Bradstreet et al, 2004). His research has been ignored by the CDC and others but in this CDC post they clearly know of the association between vaccination and CSF detection of the vaccine strain measles virus.
