ABSTRCT
Objective
:
To develop an application using which authorized users can connectto database servers and perform any operations on the databases remotelywithout installing the client application software.The Remote DB Access Tool application has been planned in somewhatdifferent way compared to other applications. The Remote DB Access uses user parameters to do all of its activities. There is no database as backend to theRemote DB Access application as it stores nothing on itself. But on the other hand, Remote DB Access does operate on database of user choice and performsuser requested actions on those database and even stores data on to it.The features offered by the Remote DB Access Tool or the general day today activities of the administrator are not available less than one applicationsroof. The administrator has to use various tools to do achieve different tasks ondifferent database systems. Shifting of applications between operations is timeconsuming and also lethargic to the user, often this makes overlooked errors andmistakes. Some of these errors may create chaotic situations, where recoveringseems to be a nightmare. The solution to the problem is to bring a tool with allthese operations without changing the applications or tools. There exist few toolsapplications available to the administrator to do the activities mentioned in theoverview. But the problem is that they are not integrated properly. Few of theapplications of platform specific, they can’t run on all operating systems.
 
In simple, using Remote DB Access Tool any developer with minimal knowledgecan easily do the following things.

connect to multiple databases easily
•
create databases online
•
modify databases online
•
execute SQL statements online
PROBLEM IN EXISTING SYSTEM
In the existing System to perform any changes in the database, we haveto depend on the database administrator. Until problem is solved by the DBadmin, even administrator makes the changes, development team has to takethe permission of the project managers to implement. For this Project Manager has to see what type of modifications are made on existing database design andwhat else is required. This is possible if both are available in the company.Otherwise the work will be disturbed. It effects on the delay of projects delivery tothe clients.
SOLUTION OF THESE PROBLEMS
To overcome the above problems, Remote DB Access tool product is designed.This allows the users to connect the company database remotely and makerequested changes. This project allows the users to connect with the databasewithout having any client software’s to be installed. The only requirement is webbrowser.
