real. We imagine that peo-ple expect or want thingsfrom us, and it influencesus. I find myself doing this, and wonder what do peopleactually think. To answer thisquestion, I have found arti-cles written by teenagersfor teenagers to help giveyou better insight into whatyour peers really think.Maybe it will encourage you, check out the above articlefrom an 8th grader onHey guys I want to tellyou about one of the best wor-ship bands out there!! Satan uses that to make us
 think that God doesn’t care.

Whenever your teacher at your church asks
“What are some ways youpraise God?” The answer“Prayer” always comes up.
Prayer is one of the manyways we connect with God.Prayer is our way to thankGod and ask for forgiveness. It says in 1 Thessalonians
5:17 “Pray continually”. This
verse leads me to think thateven though we do pray, andit is an action, it is also alifestyle. With me I usuallypray twice a day (maybe three on occasion), butwhen Mr. Al asked me towrite this I started praying much more. I found myself praying five to seven times aday. Since then I have no- ticed a complete change in the ways I associate withpeople at school andchurch. Not to say that I amperfect with everyone, my
family life is good but I don’t
always treat them with re-spect. My grades have got-
ten better and I’ve just no-
ticed not feeling as stressed, and the weird thing about that is at this time I usuallyget really stressed. I have
finals; I’m waiting for sum-
mer, and getting ready to
work at VBS and other kid’s
camps. I just feel like every- thing has just fallen intoplace. The power of prayer isVERY strong.Satan always tries to get you to think that God
doesn’t listen to your
prayers. That is not true.God listens to and answers
everyone’s prayers. He just
