Joe heads Colliers India Operations as the Managing Director for the last three years and has achieved YOY revenue growth of greater than 50%. The credit for successfully managing the structural transformation of the Indian business from a geographic client management orientation to a national service line client management orientation goes to Joe. In 2010, he has lead the Indian Operations team to successfully re-brand itself in line with the First Service-CMN merger. Under his supervision Colliers India has entered into 3 new markets along with successfully managing multiple projects under the India Business Plan. In his earlier experience he has successfully implemented account management/CRM, online/web services, knowledge management initiatives and has led global project management teams operating across Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Colliers International, Joe headed the regional e-business operations of Austrade in Singapore. Throughout his career, he has built his experience through developing excellence in service delivery models across multiple industries like consulting services (Arthur Andersen, Philippines), banking (HSBC, India/ London), and software services (Blastasia, Philippines/ Singapore). Amit is responsible for the Valuation and Advisory Services; and Research Services. He is a member of the India National Executive Team. With over 14 years of experience as a real estate consultant, research analyst and an architect; he has worked on projects in Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Latin America and the USA. Amit is well versed in all major real estate sectors including residential, commercial, industrial, hotel & leisure and retail. In addition, he has extensively advised clients on large infrastructure projects such as railway stations, ports, airports, roads and special economic zones (including multi-product SEZs). He is a regular speaker at media and industry events. He has taught at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad as a guest instructor. Amit has worked on a diverse range of high profile projects. As Director of Corporate Solutions Asia Pacific, Abhishek is responsible for account generation and management of key corporate clients in the region. In addition, he specializes in working with technology companies that are entering and expanding in Asia. He also has vast experience in working with industrial conglomerates In his Transaction Management role, Abhishek was responsible primarily for negotiating leases and providing advisory services. Among his key transactions were Daksh eServices (now IBM) 23,225 m (250,000 ft), Hughes Software System 4,645 m (50,000 ft). Abhishek focused on Transaction Management for 3 years but has been working within Corporate Solutions domain for over 8 years and has worked with many clients such as Tyco International, Autodesk, Orange, Red Hat, GE, Invensys to name a few. More recently, he has been tasked with the set up and development of Colliers Corporate Solutions hub in India and has relocated to Gurgaon, India in April 2012. His primary regional role remains unchanged but he will also focus on building the corporate solutions platform in India.
