Saturday Morning Training
: We all have a different goal for theevent. Dr. Aki will help/coach you to achieve the highest goal for your walk-run.
Nutrition and Wellness Advice:
Pre & post-training nutrition iscrucial to promote our performance and wellness. During the informationalmeeting, Dr. Aki will give nutritional and walk-run wellness advice.
Stretching and Extremity Work:
Nobody is able to achieve thegreatest performance by themselves. Dr. Aki will check your lowerextremities and provide professional stretching at the Saturday morningtraining sessions (last 15-30 min of training).

Saturdays 8-9 a.m. Stretching starts at 8 a.m., come 5-10 minearlier to warm up.
