Forms may be dropped off at the CommunityCenter during operating hours. An after hours/weekend drop box is available at thefront door as well.
Payment
Wooster Recreation Department accepts cash,checks (payable to the City of Wooster), Visa,Mastercard or Discover as payment for program andfacility use fees. There will be a $25 fee assessedto all returned checks. Please, no cash by mail.
Residency
Residents are considered those who live or workwithin the Wooster City limits. Non-Wooster residents will pay the non-resident rate shown for each program. Unless otherwise specified,registration for classes and activities is first-come,first-serve.
Scholarships
Youth ScholarshipsYouth who LIVE within the City of Wooster limitswho qualify for free or reduced lunches are able toparticipate in recreation activities at a reduced rate.In order for us to continue to provide this service, thefund must be replenished with donations from theWooster Community. Keep your donation in your backyard and assist a child with the cost of registration.Senior Adult ScholarshipsSenior Adults (55+) who qualify may participate inactivities at a reduced rate.
Registration Deadline
Registration deadline varies for each class. Pleasenote the registration deadline in this Brochure andon the registration forms. Classes not meetingminimum enrollment by the registration deadlinemay be cancelled.

Wooster Recreation encourages participation bypersons with disabilities. If you will need specialaccommodations in order to participate in our programs, please contact us at (330)263-5207 sowe can arrange assistance for you.
Cancellations and Refunds
Wooster Recreation reserves the right tocancel/combine classes with insufficient registration.If a class is cancelled, you will be notified prior to theclass and will receive a full refund, credit or transfer to another class.To cancel a registration, call (330)263-5207 at least5 business days before the program begins.Refunds, transfers or credits will only be issued if the participant cancels a minimum of 5 days inadvance. Refunds, less a $7 processing fee, areprocessed within three weeks. NO REFUNDS aregiven after a class has begun.
Full Classes & Wait Lists
The online system will automatically showcustomers when a class reaches maximumenrollment. In select instances, a wait list option willallow patrons to sign up in case of cancellations or an added session. You will only be contacted if there is an opening! PLEASE NOTE that your creditcard WILL be charged when you add your name thewaitlist online. This is non-refundable if we are notable to register you for the class. Please call(330)263-5207 to be placed on a waitlist withoutcharge.
Proof of Age
Children must meet the age requirement by the startdate of the class. Wooster Recreation reserves theright to request Proof of Age if needed.
Photo Release
By registering for, participating in, or attending anyWooster Recreation Department program, youagree to allow publication of any photos taken at anyprogram, event or facility of the City of Wooster Recreation Department.
