Again, have him/her describethe experience while noticing how the pain changes.Have the client do a First Step on the pain and work onsurrender and acceptance.

“I don’t want to move because it hurts.” 
Help your client see that beginning to exercise throughthe soreness will allow the body’s natural clearancesystem to help get rid o toxins.
