It is a pleasure to welcome you and your amily to First Federated Churchthis morning. Each Sunday is a celebration o the relationship we have withJesus. Easter holds special signicance in marking the day Jesus rose rom thegrave. In doing this He demonstrated God’s power over sin and deathand displayed God’s unmatched glory. We hope that what you willpersonally experience here today will make the resurrection a reality.I want to take this opportunity to share some exciting events takingplace at First Federated Church. First, a new pastor has joined ourministry sta. Curt De Graa has recentlybegun developing and overseeing a ocusedministry to young adults. His area o ministry includes youngsingles, couples and amilies, and college students. Followingtoday’s service you can meet Pastor Curt and his wie Karento learn more about how this exciting new ministry ocusmay be o benet to you.Second, we’re expanding our Sundaymorning ministries. On Sunday, April 6, wewill begin oering a traditional service. TomBrown, lead singer o Journey Bound Quartet,will be the worship leader and I will be theprimary teacher. Our new traditional servicewill be held each Sunday, 8–9:00
am
.On June 1, we will begin a new contemporaryservice. Contemporary Christian recording artistDavid Bush will lead worship and Pastor Curt willbe the lead teacher. Our new contemporary servicewill be held in our chapel and will be oered eachSunday, 9:15–10:30
am
. During this time slot, we willcontinue to oer a ull complement o adult educationand children’s ministry programming.Finally, our present blended service will continue to beoered or those who enjoy a mixture o worship styles. Pastor Mike Howland will continueto lead worship and I will be the primary speaker or this service as well.We are excited about the new ministries, times and worship environments that we areoering. We invite you and your amily to check out the ministries First Federated oers. Parents, weencourage you to go with your children the rst time they visit KZ Church.

attend the worship service to listen and learn with their amilies.
