We need a game plan for the Blitz
Demo will be released then.
Lots of information will be released that needs to be tacked.
Media team needs to be formed?
Great time to promote the community groups.
People will need some motivation to use them.
 The lack of promotion of Community services.

What plans need to be in place to automate the Heroes group more?

Notes:
 The key to the Heroes continued involvement with the community is to make alasting impression and bond with the general public. We also need to be impressiveand respectable to paint a good image to the new joiners to the community. Peoplewho like us and our work will promote our work and use our work more often.Making everything easier for us, and achieving our goal of growing the OFP2community.On the internet the most important things are: Reputation, Size and "Power". Themeasure of a groups power is the amount of control it can exert and the number of connections/things it has, and the importance of these things. So in short a fan sitewith 1.2m daily views and 20 spin of sites and a strong driving presence in it market- would be a very top example of power. Size is measured with member counts,stats and objects. Power can also be measured with stats, but is more oftenmeasured with reputation and friends. Objects and physical things give backing toyour reputation and your message, but if no one likes you - then your power youexert will be minimal. The key to keeping anything group related running on the internet is a common goaland with that focus. The key for success is always - connections, power, action, strong reputation, highvisibility and creativity. It's who you know, what you are/are not limited to by yourpower/resources, what you choose to do, what people think of you, and what yoursmart enough to pioneer/create.We are a people based business - we are reliant on the support of the OFP2community to empower our products and actions. Rather than make money weinspire the community to help us help them.Decay - the general sense of abandonment and lack of interest or care, and aging of that which is not updated; is the greatest threat to active communities like ours.Maintenance and vigilance is key to avoiding Decay.People are not as dumb as they look. If you notice something is poor - you can sureas bet others do, and they will tell people and your usage rate will drop.Winning the minds of the public is a quick way to make everything easier. Once thepublics are taught and understand why doing something "This way" is productivethey will continue to do that, until something derails them. If you can show thepublic how features and products help them, they will use what is best for them andsometimes instruct others who may be in need. This will also tie into yourreputation. If people know when "Mods get released to look here first" you visibilitygoes up and your need to promote goes down. Self promotion though the generalpublic is the best thing to achieve.
