A hearing of the Niagara Falls Zoning Board of Appeals will be held on Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at 5:30 p.m., in Council Chambers, First Floor, City Hall. APPLICANT OR REPRESENTATIVE MUST BE PRESENT A-3955 Bruce Raisig, as owner of property located at 209 70th Street. The applicant is requesting to erect a detached garage in the rear yard. The maximum horizontal dimension of the wall is 36, the applicant is proposing 39, therefore, requesting a variance of 3. The maximum height allowed is 16, the applicant is proposing 19 6 in height, therefore, requesting a variance of 36. Also, the maximum coverage of the rear yard allowed is 30%. The applicant is proposing 42% rear yard coverage, therefore, the applicant is requesting a variance of 12% for the rear yard coverage. A-3954 Robert Kendzia II, as owner of property located at 214 Council Street. Mr. Kendzia is requesting the Board to amend the resolution/motion adopted on July 16, 2013.
