Welcome to the
UNESCO Workshop onBioethics Education
Aim:
the workshop will focus on methodologies of application and integration of scientific facts,technology and ethical knowledge and ideas into practice. How can we teach science and ethics of research, policy making and empower individualsto make informed choices? The examples willinclude medical ethics, biotechnology, publichealth and environmental issues, and teachingethics.

Workshop objectives include:
Participants will learn about the means, methodsand resources to teach ethical issues in the contextof different subject materials.
Participants will share experience and developskills to teach ethics of science and technology.They will receive feedback from experiencedexperts.
Participants will develop/revise their own teaching programs after consideration of the availablecontent and methods.
