OPINIONBY JANEP.WISEMAN,VICECHIEFJUDGE:OklahomaDepartmentof HumanServicesDHS) and CompsourceOklahomacollectively,Employer)seek eviewofan orderofthe Workers'CompensationCourtawardingCharlotteJacksonClaimant)permanentpartialdisability(PPD)benefitsor annjuryto herneckand umbarback.Theissueonappeals whetherherescompetentevidenceosupporthe trialcourt'sfindingsthat Claimantsustainedermanent mpairments.Wefindthat thetrialcourt'sdecisions supportedycompetentevidenceandsustaintsorder.FACTSANDPROCEDURALBACKGROUNDClaimantileda Form3on September12,2007,claimingshesustainedinjurytoherneckandeft shoulderduringamotorvehicleaccident.Employerdidnotdisputehat Claimantzufferedawork-relatednjury.OnNovember15,2007,ClaimantiledanotherForm3 in whichsheclaimedaninjuryto herbackarisingout ofthe sameaccident.AttherialheldonMay 13,2008,EmployerdeniedhatClaimantwasperrnanentlydisabled.ClaimantestifiedhatonAugust18,2007shewent"onanerrandoget pizzafortheteam,and onthewayback[she]was rear-endedt a redlighL"Claimantestifiedshewasseenatthe"BaptistEmergencyRoom"on thedayof theaccidentorthe dayafter. Shewentto seeDr.MichaelChiaffitelliwithin

aweekor twoof theaccident. Shewas releasedogobackto workin October2007,but aftershewentbacko work,shecontinuedohaveproblems.ClaimantsawDr. A.J.Bissonon November19,2007,and heorderedMRItestingonher backandneck.AfterDr. Bissonreviewedhe MRI results,ohebasicallydeterminedherewas notmuchn thewayoftreatmenthecoulddo for[her]from.that"timen,otherhanhomeexercises."Dr. BissoneleasedlaimantfromhiscareonJanuary18,2008.Atthe timeoffiial,Claimantestifiedhatthe onlymedicationshewastakingforherinjurywasover-the-counterylenol.Sheclaimedhat shewas stillhavingproblemswithherneckand back.Sheestifiedhatshehaspain n herneckeveryday.Shealsohaspain in herleft shoulderandowback andshecannotsit forlongperiodsorliedownwithoutthesebodyparts botheringher.Shealsotestifiedhat climbingstairshurtsandshesunableo dohouseholdchoresbecauseofthepain.Whenaskedf shewas everpainfreen herlowback,Claimantresponded,oNotoften."Duringcross-examination;laimantadmittedhatshedoesnot haveany restrictionsatwork,shestill worksfulltime, andshehasnot hadanyreductionn herpaY.
