seasons with the Cuban League’s Camaguey, Alvarez hit .297 with 37 home runs and
180 RBIs.

Keys outfielder Johnny Ruettiger stole his 39th and 40th bases of the season Sunday, putting him o

. Ruettiger’s 40

BETEMIT’S BACK 
: Orioles slugger Wilson Betemit returns to Harry GroveStadium this series o continue his rehab assignment a week after playing a pair of games for the Keys, going 3-for-9 with three RBIs. Betemit, who
s recovering from asevere knee sprain, is the second Oriole to rehab with the Keys. Steve Pearce was thefirst, playing in two contests at Harry Grove Stadium. The Keys, however, are 0-5this season with a big leaguer in the lineup.
