interrogatories that the jury found Defendant Mr. Ogo Bar Inc. d/b/a J.P. O'Malley's Pub
negligent, but determined that said negligence was not a cause of factual harm to
Plaintiffs; and it farther appearing that upon stipulation of the parties that Defendant
Robert LaBane's negligence was a factual cause of harm to Plaintiffs, the jury
determined that 85 % of the total causal negligence was attributable to Defendant Robert
LaBarre and that 15% of the total causal negligence was attributable to Plaintiffs'
decedent, Sheena Villa; and it further appearing that the jury awarded compensatory
ftuther appearing that the jury determined the conduct of Defendant Robert LaBarre was
outrageous and awarded Plaintiffs punitive damages against Defendant Robert LaBarre in
