Responsible for the overall operation of all the managers and subordinates. Responsible for the administration of all the functions-planning, organizing, controlling and directing. Handles the implementation of the policies, rules and regulation throughout the organization. Monitors the performance of his subordinates. Responsible for the overall ongoing production operation including inventory control, scheduling, documentation, equipments, maintenance, shipping and quality control/ food safety inspection.
