Line up 5 yards apart on the sideline, facing away from the field
Take first step to 6 o’clock (Long) then crossover with the next step
 Keep front shoulder pointing down the fieldContinue this pattern to the other sidelineSprint back, keeping front shoulder pointing down field Always keeping the ball in throw position

Similar to Long Drops but instead we will flip our hips
Take first step to 6 o’clock (Long) then crossover with the next step
