In this session, the presenter will share the perspectives of Valencia Community College's Achieving the Dream Leadership Team, a Faculty/Student Affairs/Academic Affairs partnership, about the institution's key strategies for developing focus, engagement,commitment, meaningful data, and systemic improvement. Participants will have theopportunity to reflect on their own institutional challenges and solutions.
