Is this you?
I had no idea what perimenopause was until a week ago! I’m pretty sure this is what is going on with my body! I’m a thirty- three- year- old having serious PMS symptoms, se- rious cramping, and all of a sudden a longer menstrual cycle. I’m also fatigued and I have gained ten pounds. I  just made my annual and hope to get some answers!

I’m ten years on a roller- coaster ride of emotions. Hot flashes, night sweats. Yes, that would be me . . . Now the worst part is that my husband has just retired from the military. OMG!
