:Grain Sorghum Final Planting dates were changed from 06/15 to 06/20 in Baca, Bent, Kiowa and ProwersCounties.
STATEMENTS
:A new statement that specifies how production to count for APH purposes will be determined was added toall Potato SPOIs.A single statement that references the United States Standards for Beans has replaced several statementsdefining Dry Bean classes.The statement regarding the insurability of fall seeded wheat has been removed as this language is in theSmall Grain Provisions.Quality Discount Tables have been updated for all crops to which they apply.The Quality Statement for Sunflowers was revised to include discount factors for dark roast.
PRACTICES/TYPES
: The IBR and NIBR practices were removed for all Grain Sorghum Counties. Theactuarials now reflect only a FAC and NFAC practice for non-irrigated Grain Sorghum.The 005 (Summer Fallow) practice for Oats has been replaced with a 003 (Non-Irrigated) practice in allcounties.GRP and GRIP practice changes (see attached map)The Yellow Dry Bean type was added to the Yuma County actuarial.

TRANSITIONAL YIELDS
:T-yields were reviewed for Dry Beans and Potatoes.
REFERENCE RATES AND YIELDS
:Target Rates were reviewed for Dry Beans, Potatoes and Fresh Market Sweet Corn. Reference yields will bemoving toward the new T-yields.
OTHER
: The Option factor for Malt Barley Option B has been increased to 1.20 in all counties where theOption is available
