12.Excelsiorisaleadingmanufacturerandsupplierofproductsusedinthemedicalfield,includingalueraccessvalvedisinfectioncapsoldunderthetrademarkSwabCap.13.Iveramanufactures,markets,andsellsCuroPortProtector,adevicethatIveraallegesdisinfectsandprotectstheentryportoncertaintypesofvalvesusedwithintravenouslinestohelpreducebloodstreaminfectionsinhospitalpatients.14.The'186patentwasissuedonOctober16,2007toLakeandTennant.Atrueandcorrectcopyofthe'186patentisattachedheretoas
