Do you not take your spouse into your heart to love? It's a figure of speech. It is also a tool used by preachers to make a point. There is no literal hole, and for those who believe that, they will find the true comfort in Christ the way they are supposed to when the time comes. Jesus died on the cross for the forgiveness of sins. Are you going to tell me that was false as well? Someone must have peed in your offering plate or something. There are some preachers that use catch phrases, that do draw the weak minded down the aisle and follow the trance like state with the others. The preachers are the people that need to watch out for judgement. I think that if God sees that you are sincere in your hearrt and want to love him, understand him or not, it is that desire that he will see, and thus continue his love toward that person. The ones who continue to turn away and not accept the love there are also at risk. You have aright to your opinion, but it is obviously drawn from something in your past that wasn't good.
