Description

Why didn't Catholics wait for hte Traditionalist Bishops to elect a Pope? The reason is simple, we need a Pope, and we need a Pope to supply jurisdiction. The Traditionalist Bishops gathered in 1982 and 1983 to prepare for a Papal Election, but never carried through with their sacred duty. This left the job to the laity to represent the Universal Church.
