listed
in
chapter
124 of
the
Iowa
State
Code.
Including
but not
limited
to
marijuana,
and its
derivatives,
cocaine
and
Methamphetamine,
and
opiates
and
its derivatives.2)

all paraphernalia, controlled
substances
or
documents,
which
are
evidence
of the
illicit
possession,
use,
dealing
or
distribution
of
controlled
substances.3)
Evidence
of
occupancy,
residency,
and/or
ownership
of the
premises
described
above
including'
but not
limited
to
utility
and
telephone
bills,
sealed
envelopes

lease
agreements
and
mortgage
records, loan records,
documents
and /or
keys
relating
to
safety deposit
boxes.

and /or
telephone
books

reflecting
names,
address
and
/or
telephone
numbers

co-conspirators.6)

records, receipts,
bank
statements
and

money
drafts,
letters
of

orders

agreements,
loan records,
any
record
showing
parcel mailof
packages
being delivered

relating

safety deposit
boxes
and
other items evidencing

secreting, transfer,

scanners

electronic
listening

officers
request that they be permitted to

the telephone and converse with
callers

to be
calling

illegal
drug

such conversation. Searching
officers
also request permission to
listen
to, note, and record any
message
left
on any answering devices ortape recorders located therein for
each
location
to be searched. Searching
officers,
request to
remove
and
open
at
their earliest
convenience any safesor containers that
cannot
be
opened
at the
location
searched.
