Civil Action No. 2006 CA 009077B Judge Maurice Ross Next Event: Status Hearing Date: May 24, 2013
ORDER
Upon consideration of the Parties' Joint Motion to Vacate Omnibus Order (the "Motictl"), it is this 8 th day of July, 2013, hereby: ORDERED, that the Motion be, and hereby is, DENIED because the parties have not demonstrated that the balance of equities weigh in favor of granting this extra ordinary remedy; moreover, one member of the Superior Court Bench should be particularly hesitant to vacate the thoughtful and well reasoned opinion of a colleague who diligently considered this matter for a number of years. Finally, the overall public interest will not be served by vacating. ORDERED, that a copy of this Order shall be serVed on all parties.
