September, 2006, at 11:30 a.m. the abovestyled matter for a status docket. ThePetitioner, Hal Richardson, appears
in
person andwith counsel, Donald
R.
Hoffman. Respondent, Claudine Dombrowski, appears pro se.Jill Dykes, GAL, appears on behalf
of
the minor child. There are
no
other appearances.The Court grants each
of
the parties
an
opportunity to comment on the status
of
the case as they see it. Each
of
the parties avail themselves of the opportunity.Thereafter, the Court notes that a Journal Entry filed in this case on May 9, 2006,requires the Respondent to obtain a parenting psychological evaluation to
be
obtainedthrough Family Service and Guidance Center and that the report was to be delivereddirectly to the judge upon its completion.
No
such report has been forthcoming.Therefore, the Court issues the following orders and directives:
I.
The Respondent, Claudine Dombrowski,
is
granted thirty (30) days fromthe date
of
the instant hearing (September 27, 2006) to obtain the report

by
the Court at its hearingonthe 14th dayofApril,2006 (JournalEntry filed May 9,2006).The reporttobe delivered to the Court
as
previously directed upon itscompletion.
2.
Pending receipt
of
the report, the Respondent's access to the minor child
is
to continue as presently ordered(SafeVisits). Respondent shall havetelephonecontactwith the minor child every Sunday at 7:00 p.
m.
andevery Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. Noexceptions are authorized.3.The Respondent
is
granted a 72 hour periodoftime commencingSeptember
27
,2006 at 12:00 p.m.withdrawanyan all likeness
of
theminor childoverwhich she has control that may
be
appearing ontheinternet orotherpublic places or public access. Respondent
is
furtherordered not to present the child at public rallies, demonstrations, newscastsor otherwise publicize the child's nameorlikeness
in
furtherance
of
Respondent's efforts
in
the instant case.
4.
The
GAL
(JillDykes) is directed to makesuitableefforts to determine compliance withtheforegoing.The Court has personally interviewedthe minor childandfinds that the continued publication of her likeness on theinternet and other public displays of thecircumstancesof her life andrelationships herein are detrimental
to
her welfare;make heruncomfortable and are distracting
to
her.

Donald Hoffman
is
directed to prepare
an
appropriate Journal Entry/Orderreflectingthe Orders herein madeandto make the same availableto Respondent at his office at 12:00 o'clock Noon, September 28, 2006, and
