In 1774 our Founders came to Philadelphia andsat in the chairs below to begin a process ofintense public debate regarding their crisis ofgovernance, the nature of Liberty and the Rightsof Man. Their deliberations eventually set themupon a course of action they deemed necessary,and morally justified, in order to secure Life,Liberty and Happiness for themselves and theirposterity.
What they left us may soon be lost
.Today our nation faces a comparable crisis.After decades of suffering wanton violationsagainst the Rights of the People and the Rule ofLaw set forth by the Constitution, our Republicnow finds itself plagued by economic andfinancial chaos, uncontrollable militaryconflicts across the planet, and growing socialdisparity, distress and disintegration at home.From almost every perspective, our Governmenthas failed us in its intended purposes and itsever-escalating violations have now put ourRepublic in grave danger and our Liberty at risk.Beyond this, the Government has boldly ignoredthe People’s numerous, and repeated Petitionsfor Redress of Grievances and now behaves as ifit is beyond the Law and all accountability —even though it is the
servant 
of the People! If weare to remain Free, we must restore Constitu-tional Order and bring forth the Light of Liberty.
