ORDER TRANSFERRING CASE This matter was brought to this Courts attention by the Judge who is currently assigned to this matter, the Honorable Natalia Combs Greene. In light of the complexity of the issues in this case, the high likelihood that it will require a great deal of time and attention from the trial judge, and upon the recommendation of Judge Combs Greene, it is by this Court this 20th day of August, 2013, hereby ORDERED that pursuant to Superior Court Rule of Civil Procedure 40-II(a), this matter is designated Civil I and assigned for all purposes to the Honorable Fredrick Weisberg; and it is further ORDERED that all orders previously issued in this case shall remain in force unless amended or vacated by Judge Weisberg; and it is further ORDERED that on or before September 20, 2013, counsel shall file an individual or joint status report that includes at least the following: 1.) A brief statement of facts; 2.) A brief list of significant legal issues; 3.) A list of all outstanding motions; 4.) A brief recitation of settlement efforts; and

5.) A proposed scheduling order. It is further ORDERED that the status hearings currently set for September 24, 2013 and October 11, 2013 before Judge Combs Greene are CANCELLED; and it is further ORDERED that a status hearing will be held before Judge Weisberg on September 27, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. in Courtroom 518. SO ORDERED.
