Elvia Harvey works as an Admin/Purchasing/Contracts Assistant at the Orange County Sanitation District. The district is the sixth largest wastewater agency in the country, serving 2.5 million residents and thousands of commercial and industrial properties in the northwestern half of Orange County, California. Prior to her current position, Ms. Harvey coordinated education programs for UCIs College of Medicine, and consulted for CH2MHILL, an international engineering firm. In her over 20-year administrative career, she has served on leadership development panels, coaching and mentoring development teams, employee advisory committees, hiring panels, and legislative committees for school districts. She received a BA in Business & Organizational Management from Vanguard University, and a MA in Leadership & Organizational Studies from Azusa Pacific University.
