The goal was toremove members that for whatever reason no longer fit the requirements of Hero status. The purposewas to ensure a healthy organization into future, and to put the origination in a better position to dealwith change.You are receiving this letter because you have exhibited behavior that is counter to our goals. As such inthe latest performance review done by your fellow members you scored poorly (The most common lostof marks was lack of attendance and participation). You where not removed outright because It is mybelief that you have the potential to do great within this organization. A Heroes member is person of exceptional attitude and ability. It is my belief you can improve your ability and be an excelling memberof this group.You will be monitored for 1 week starting today [June 12

– June 19

]. It is exspected that in this timeyou will demostrate a commitment to the group. With the goal to: assure me and the other membersthat your decication will continue, so that we may rely on you into the future.It is exspected all Heroes members do the following:

Pay attention to the Heroes of OFP2 social group and mess hall
•
Follow the rules set out at the top of the social group.
•
Follow the debriefings and adopt the changes to the Heroes organization.
•
Demonstrate a good level of visibility and attendance

Reply to posts made by Heroes in the social group and mess hall.
o
Attend meetings
o
Be seen
o
Visit IRC

Communicate
o
Status
o
Issues
•
Perform assigned tasks
•
Follow instructions when given and perform as closely as possible.
•
Be self reliant
o
Pay attention and know what tasks are coming up and what is expected of you
o
Get the job done without draining on your team mates
o
Do not ask endless questions, self learn and figure it out.
o
Do not rely on your team to carry you and do every little task for you
•
Be a team player
o
Work with your team and communicate.
o
Understand when your team is needed, and when you are needed to support your teamon group tasks
