Audits also can identify strategies to reduce school costs and to strengthen controlsintended to safeguard school assets.Following is a report of our audit of the True North Troy Preparatory Charter School, entitled Enrollmentand Billing. This audit was conducted pursuant to Article V, Section 1 of the State Constitution and theState Comptroller’s authority as set forth in Section 2854 (1)(c) of the Education Law as amended byChapter 101 of the Laws of 2010.This audit’s results and recommendations are resources for school of
