The high carrier fees is still restricted to the US I think. In india calling your friends is Rs 0.50 per minute, about $0.0125...

love this paper. I believe you are right. Mobile is going to transform social networking. It's going to take NA a little longer to propagate since carrier fees are still high but we'll get there.

right, mobile phones are much more portable than PC's or laptops, but they have a limitation. their screen size. May be someone will invent goggles that can help reading documents on a mobile phone screen bt magnifying it a hundred times, while not blinding the user to outside world!
