Teamwork is the ability to work together toward acommon vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizationalobjectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results”.Some people like to work independently, while others would prefer to work in ateam. Is it more important to be able to work with a group of people a team or to work ina team independently? Depending upon different personal traits and workingenvironment, people will have different answers to this question. I think being able towork in a team is more is more significant than other thing. To work with others caninspire their spirit and produce twice the result with half of the effort. In my opinionworking in a team is more important than doing something independently.Teamwork improves communication, it isn't just about exchanging information - it isabout ideas, feelings, hopes and desires, we find this when we communicate with peoplewe trust and respect. It is also about all those things that make us the individuals that weare. Admittedly, working in groups has many benefits. With your partners, the project can be finished faster. For example, when I studied in university, my group had a project inWars of world. So we divided it into several parts such as wars in ancient, wars inmodern. Then each of us did one part. In that way we could finish it sooner and also domore efficiently. Additionally, when you work in a group, you also have a chance toexpress your ideas and have the comment from others. It’s the good way to improve your presentation skills and certainly your knowledge also. That is why Henry Ford rightlysaid “

Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Workingtogether is success.

”The modern society and industry is a complicated system that requires team work,communication and cooperation among individuals and companies. Take a computer for an example, it comprises of hardware, operating system and software, which aremanufactured separately by different companies. Not a single company can accomplish acomputer system without using products and technologies from other companies.Similarly, in a company, communication and team work is more and more importantamong workers because a worker cannot do his/ her work properly without interactingwith his supervisor and colleagues.In addition we cannot live in a society independently and we need tocommunicate with each other, so communication skills are very important to the society.Through team work we can develop and improve this ability.

In business, the people, who are able to work with a group of people in a team,tend to communicate well others. In order to complete a sophisticated task, individualmust work together, each sharing a part of the whole task in order to achieve the results.The team must interchange their ideas during each process in the form meetings anddiscussions. Each one tries his/ her level best to give a better idea to make the processmore time-efficient. Skills for each member of team work will perk up. For example,teamwork will advance the communication skill. In addition, work in group will developthe ability of dealing with / different people. Furthermore, team work will pick up thetalent of dealing with problems by dissimilar ways. As we can see the skills will improveand also we will see the effect of the competitionCompetition between the members of team work is more important to success thework. For instance, work in group will create many/different ideas for the excellent work.As a result, teamwork will finish each part of the work in the best way. Consequently,work in group can make many tasks of work in short time.There are many advantages of working in a group than working alone. Teamwork provides with a worker a cooperative, enjoyable and friendly work environment. Theteam can also be helpful in responding to worker’s problems and questions, thereforeincreases the work efficiency. The team work can also challenge one’s abilities and he/she can acquire valuable experiences from it.The ability of working independently does not contradict with the ability to work in a team. For example, in a team environment, I enjoyed being a major contributor tomy team. The fact that others depended on my work made me feel like I was doingworthwhile things. For example, I was in charge of the Buisness Research Project. Thiswas my valuable experience, because I came to know how important working in team is.So I learnt these things about teamwork and w
