EIEC has opening in its Embedded Systems Centre of Excellence Electronics team for Senior Engineer. Responsibilities of Senior Engineer will be Responsible for the work initiation, planning, execution, control and closing of assigned work. Primary focus is to ensure tasks are planned and delivered on time, within budget, to scope and with reliability via effective leadership of the team. Identifies work scope and continuously manages the expectations of internal and external customers. Develops and control the schedule in order to effectively manage time. Directs the work of the project team such that schedule is adhered to. Identifies competencies and personnel needed to complete tasks. Leads, motivates, and inspires project teams. Works with customers Internal and external to define acceptable quality levels based on recognized quality standards. Required: Total relevant work experience: 5+. Experience in Hardware System design, development, verification & validation, qualification & certification testing in avionics/industrial/ automotive domain. Should have hands on experience on 8/16/32 bit microcontrollers/DSP/FPGA/CPLD based design, analog and digital hardware design. Should have hands on experience linear / Switched Mode Power Supplies designs (Isolated & Non isolated) and drivers. Experience on Motor Controls & drivers (Induction, BLDC etc) Should have hands on experience on simulation tools like PSpice, LTSpice, NI Multisim, Matlab etc. Strong analytical skills. Hands on experience on functional testing, debugging and all documentation. Hands on experience on Digital Communication protocols like CAN, CAN Open, RS232, SPI, I2C, Ethernet, EtherCAT etc Hands on experience on EMI/EMC & Environmental standards DO160/ IEC/ SAE / ISO / MIL. Good knowledge on PCB design guidelines for EMI / EMC aspects. Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Desired: Awareness of DFSS tools like FMEA.FMECA, Monte Carlo Analysis etc. Special Skills: Knowledge of Requirement management tools preferably DOORS.
