SUMMARY
:
The Veterans BenefitsAdministration (VBA) is announcing anopportunity for public comment on theproposed collection of certaininformation by the agency. Under thePaperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, Federal agencies are required topublish notice in the
Federal Register
concerning each proposed collection of information, including each proposedextension of a currently approvedcollection, and allow 60 days for publiccomment in response to the notice. VApublished an emergency notice thePrinciples of Excellence ComplaintSystem Intake on April 30, 2013, thathas been withdrawn. Due to a change inthe direction of the collection VA, isasking for public comments on therevised collection. The PRA submissiondescribes the nature of the informationcollection and its expected cost and burden; it includes the actual datacollection instrument. Interestedpersons are invited to send commentsregarding this burden estimate or anyother aspect of this collection of information, including any of thefollowing subjects: (1) The necessity andutility of the proposed informationcollection for the proper performance of the agency’s functions; (2) the accuracyof the estimated burden; (3) ways toenhance the quality, utility, and clarityof the information to be collected; and(4) the use of automated collection
