Artice I Section 1 Discussion: This section relates to the princile of beneficnce which refers to the acts of kindness and

mercy that directly benefit the patient. These acts promote the healing of the atient, prevent illness or complications, alleviate suffering, and assist towards peaceful death if the inevitable comes. Article I Section 2 Discussion:This section relates to the principle of justice which refers to the right to demand to be treated justly, fairly, and equally regardless the clients culture,political, and socioeconomic status. Article II Section 4 Discussion: Item no.1 relates to the principle of justice wherein clients should be treated justly, fairly, and equally. Item no.2 relates to the principle of autonomy which involves selfdetermnation and freedom to choose implement ones decision, free from deceit, duress, constraint or coercion. Item no. 3 relates to the principle of confidentiality which entails proecting personal information of the client. Article II Section 5 Discussion: this section relates to the principle of beneficence beacuse it focuses on providing actions which directly benefit the client and giving holistic care. Article III Section 6 Discussion: This section relates to the principle of nonmaleficence whch is grounded in not doing harm to ptients and doing what is best for the patient. Article III Section 7 Discussion: this section relates to the principle of beneficence beacuse the said guidelines directly upholds safe and quality nursing practice that would benefit the clients. Article III Section 8 Discussion: This section relates to the principle of fidelity which is grounded in giving loyalty to the patiens in rendering care and respecting their rights. Article III Sectio 9 Discussion: This section relates to the princilhe of veracity wherein the healthcare rovider is bound to tell the patient and/or his family the truth to maximize the efficiency of care.

Aticle III Section 10 Discussion: This section relates to the principle of beneficence beacuse it is grounded on abiding to the legal and ethico-moral dimensions of rendering care wich would benefit the patient and everyone concerned. Article III Section 11 Discussion: This section relates to the principle of nonmaleficence because it i focused on avoiding acts that may cause harm to the patient and everyone else involved. Article IV Section 12 Discussion: this section relates to the principle of beneficence because it is grounded on seeking teamwork with other healthcare proffessionals for the betterment and benefit of the patient. Article IV Section 13 Discussion: this section relates to the principle of beneficence because it is grounded on seeking teamwork with other healthcare proffessionals for the betterment and benefit of the patient. Article V Section 14 and 15 Discussion: These articles relate to the principle of beneficence as it is stated that it is grounded on actions which preserves life, respects humn rights and promotes health which clearly benefit the client. Article VI Section 16 and 17 Discussion: These articles relate to the principle of beneficence wherein the nurse must strive to develop self and contribute to the nursing profession. This action would benefit not only the nurse and the nursing profession but also the clients receiving the care. Caress Mae G.
