Recycling The City laments the fact that notenoughpeoplearerecycling.Atthesame time, the city is not implementingacitywiderecyclingprogram.Theyvebegunaticketing program for those that put out too much trash, but there are still areas that do not have recycling. 7. Where do youstandoncodeenforcementofabsenteelandlords? 9. Street Maintenance Street maintenance is a huge issue in Ward 14.
