Location of the Activity: Legazpi City Expected Number of Participant/s: 1 Description of Expected Participants: The Legazpi City ESWM Audio-Video Production shall be contracted out by LGU-Legazpi City through the Office of the City Environment and Natural Resources (OCENR). The Service Provider that shall be contracted should have a track record in producing Audio-Video Production (AVP). He/She should have the talent, skills and resources to be able to produce the Legazpi City ESWM Audio-Video Production. Rationale of the Activity: Information, education and communication (IEC) is regarded as one of the best strategies for a program/project to be successful. The Ecological Solid Waste Management Program wherein its biggest challenge in implementing it successfully is the attitude of the people, continuous, intensive and massive IEC is a must to reach out and get the support and cooperation of all its stakeholders particularly the households. In conducting a particular IEC such as an information drive , having an Audio-Video Production (AVP) to show during the IEC campaign is a very effective tool to reach out the general public. Hence the Audio-Video Production (AVP) that will be produced should be tailored fit to the needs and objectives of the program as well as suit the rtaste of the viewing public to make it effective. This activity design is prepared to contract out the production of Legazpi City ESWM audio-video for the City to have its own Audio-Video Production (AVP) that will be used in its information drive to reach out and to get the cooperation and support of all the stakeholders to the ESWM Program.
